• Federal Skilled Trades: This program does not impose a minimum education requirement. Applicants must hold at least two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade occupation. Additionally, they must either have a job offer for a skilled trade position in Canada or possess a Canadian-issued certificate of qualification in their skilled trade. Proficiency in English or French is necessary, with CLB Level 5 for speaking and listening and CLB Level 4 for reading and writing.

2. Saskatchewan Employment Offer

Part of the International Skilled Worker streams under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), the Saskatchewan Employment Offer is a component managed by the province of Saskatchewan as a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). 3. Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupation

The Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand stream is a component of the International Skilled Worker streams under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) managed by the province of Saskatchewan. Eligible individuals with experience in one of Saskatchewan’s in-demand occupations and who attain a qualifying score on the SINP Points Assessment Grid can express their interest to be evaluated for this stream.
