If an applicant’s degree from the university allows them to work in any of the job titles listed under the Shortage occupation in the Denmark Positive List, they will get a bonus 30 points
So in short an applicant can earn a maximum of 130 points from their education factor and there are cases in which an applicant migrated to Denmark from UAE solely from points which he received from the education part.
Age Point System
If an applicant is interested to migrate to Denmark from UAE under Danish Green Card Scheme he or she should be aware of the points they get from their age which are :-
Till 34 years old - 15 points
Between 35 – 40 years – 10 points
Above 40 years old – 0 points
Work Experience Point System
Applicants can also earn points from their work experience as mentioned below
5 points - Between 3-5 years experience in the last 5 years
10 points – If an applicant has been working for at least 1-2 year for the past 5 years as a researcher or in the field of positive list
20 points - – If an applicant has been working for at least 3-5 year for the past 5 years as a researcher or in the field of positive list
Adaptability Factors
An applicant can earn a maximum of 15 points if he or she has previous work experience or studied in any of the universities or companies based in European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). An applicant can claim adaptability points for either education or employment – not both.
One year higher education completion in European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) – 5 pts
Three year higher education completion in European Union (EU) or (EEA) – 10 pts
One year work experience or residence in (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) – 5 pts
Two years of work experience or residence in (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) – 10 pts
