On October 11, British Columbia hosted multiple targeted draws under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), issuing invitations to more than 180 candidates. The draws were as follows:

Skilled Worker Category: The most extensive draw targeted 118 candidates employed in technology-related occupations. These candidates needed to score a minimum of 90 to secure an invitation. Furthermore, candidates in other high-demand sectors, such as early childhood educators, healthcare professionals, and more, received invitations with a minimum score of 60.

Manitoba

Manitoba conducted four draws on October 5, extending invitations to a total of 542 candidates. These draws were categorized as follows:

1. Skilled Workers in Manitoba: Manitoba hosted two draws for this category. The first draw, occupation-specific, invited 219 candidates working in professions classified under specific National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 major groups. These candidates needed to score a minimum of 610. The second draw was a general one, extending invitations to 222 candidates with a minimum score of 629.
2. Skilled Worker Overseas: Two general draws invited 101 candidates, each requiring a minimum score of 601. Additionally, 60 candidates from the International Education stream received invitations.

Alberta

On October 10, Alberta organized a smaller draw, inviting 13 candidates through the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway with Alberta job offers, a stream within the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program. Notably, all candidates under this stream also have Express Entry profiles and must possess a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 327.

Furthermore, Alberta announced that it had allocated 1,462 nominations for candidates under this stream for 2023, with fewer than 10 applications currently in the queue. Approximately 1,383 allocations remain unutilized.
